My reminder did not appear

Temi reminders are local notifications. In iOS Settings, confirm that Notifications → Temi is allowed and that a Focus mode is not silencing the alert. A reminder time already in the past when saved cannot trigger.

Is my data backed up?

Yes. Tasks, habits, schedules, tags and moods sync to your account automatically. Signing in with the same Yumi account on a new device restores the synced content.

Does Temi track my location?

No. Location is used only on your device to centre the map while you choose a place. Only the address text you select is saved; precise coordinates are not uploaded to our servers.

What is the Yumi connection code?

It links Temi to a Yumi assistant you authorise, so the assistant can help manage your tasks. It is optional and has no effect until you actively use the code with a Yumi product.

Account and data

Delete your account

In Temi, open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes the shared Yumi account and associated Temi content. You can also request deletion by emailing support@yumi.nexus from your account address.

Privacy request

For access, correction, deletion or another privacy question, email support@yumi.nexus. We may verify your identity before changing account information.
