I reached the daily AI limit
Free accounts include 10 AI card generations, 10 new AI voice clips and 30 translations per day. The current reset time and remaining usage appear in Settings → Subscription. Memori Pro removes the standard daily caps, subject to fair-use safeguards.
How do I cancel a subscription or trial?
On iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Memori Pro → Cancel. You can also use Manage Subscription in Memori. Cancel before a trial ends to avoid the first charge.
Is my collection backed up?
Yes. Cards, notes and photos sync to your account automatically. Signing in with the same Yumi account restores the synced collection. You can also export from Settings → Data & Privacy.
AI made a mistake in a card
AI output can be wrong. Every generated field is editable: open the card, make the correction and save. If you notice a recurring issue, send us an example without including sensitive personal information.
Account and data
Delete your account
Open Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes the shared Yumi account and associated Memori content. Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription; cancel that separately through Apple.

For access, correction, deletion or another privacy question, email support@yumi.nexus. We may verify your identity before changing account information.
