Memori uses account, study and purchase-status information to sync your collection, provide the features you request and manage fair access to AI services.
1. Who we are
Memori: Now and Once (“Memori”, the “app”) is operated by Yumi Nexus (Wenxi Jiao), Auckland, New Zealand. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@yumi.nexus.

Purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Sign in is provided through the shared Yumi account portal.
3. AI, translation and voice processing
When you request an AI study card, translation or voice clip, the relevant text is sent to our servers and cloud AI providers to generate and return the result. We do not use your submitted content for targeted advertising or to train our own AI models.
AI features may produce inaccurate results. You can edit generated fields before or after saving them to your collection.
4. How we use information
- Provide, maintain, back up and synchronise your study collection.
- Generate the AI card, translation and speech output you request.
- Manage subscriptions, daily quotas and fair-use safeguards.
- Authenticate accounts, protect the service and investigate errors.
- Respond to support, privacy and account-deletion requests.
We do not sell or rent personal information and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
5. Storage, disclosure and service providers
Your account, collection and photos are stored using Google Firebase services, currently on servers in the United States, and protected in transit using TLS. We disclose information only to providers acting on our behalf, where required by law, or with your direction.

When information is processed outside New Zealand, we take reasonable steps to use providers and safeguards appropriate to the information and the service.
6. Retention and deletion
Your content remains in your account until you delete it or your account. Delete individual items at any time, use Settings → Data & Privacy for data controls, or select Settings → Account → Delete Account to permanently delete the shared Yumi account and associated Memori content, photos and usage records.
You may also request deletion by emailing support@yumi.nexus from your account address. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days, subject to limited information we may need to retain for security, legal, transaction or dispute-resolution purposes.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to or correction of your personal information, ask how it has been used or disclosed, or raise a privacy complaint. Contact support@yumi.nexus. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
8. Children
Memori is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as Memori, our providers or legal obligations change. The current version and effective date will always appear on this page. Material changes will also be communicated in the app or by another appropriate method.
