How can we help?
Tell us what happened and what you expected. Include the app version, device and system version. Redact personal application details from screenshots. Never send your password or sign-in tokens.
2. Getting started
Loci is currently in private preview. A Yumi account and an invitation are required. Public App Store downloads are being prepared; this page does not offer a public download yet. Questions about access can be sent to support@yumi.nexus.
3. Working offline
After initial sign-in, add and edit records normally without a connection. Loci saves first to the current device. Leave Loci open or return to it while connected so changes and attachments can sync. First sign-in and files you have never downloaded need a connection. A closed or suspended app cannot promise continuous uploads.
4. Files and application images
Open an application’s Documents area to choose a PDF, DOCX, PNG, JPEG or WebP file, including screenshots. Loci keeps a durable local copy before uploading, so restarting does not depend on the source file still being available. A file that only exists on another device must be downloaded once before offline use. Save originals separately before deleting the app or account.
5. Scheduling an interview
Choose Schedule interview on Today or in the application detail. Select the application, date and time, meeting link and notes. Times follow the device by default. If you select another time zone, Loci shows both that time and your local time. This release does not send system interview notifications or add events to your calendar.
6. Conflicting edits on two devices
Changes to separate fields can merge. When both devices change the same field, Loci keeps both versions for your review instead of silently replacing one. Open the conflict review, compare the values and choose the result. Keep the app open and connected while it finishes. Export a backup before troubleshooting; do not uninstall to fix syncing while edits are pending.
7. Timeline and map
Open Applications and choose Journey or Map. The timeline shows progress events. The map groups applications by their selected city without reading GPS. Remote roles or ambiguous location names may stay unplaced; select a city in the application to place it.
8. Export, privacy and deletion
Use the export controls in Loci to export applications as CSV or back up record data as JSON. Attachments must be saved separately. Open Profile → Privacy & deletion to read the policy offline and begin a connected deletion flow.
